Today is Endangered Species Day. Many species, through the diligent efforts of scientists and conservations have returned from the brink of extinction. For the next few weeks, hikers and bikers can explore Going-to-the-Sun Road without worrying about cars and traffic. Don't miss it! Two people are dead after falling from a cliff at Inspiration Point in Bryce Canyon National Park. Isle Royale National Park is officially open for the 2025 season! After receiving about 54,000 recommendations, local elementary school children were the final deciders for the names of Jackie and Shadow’s chicks.
