Glacier National Park

Glacier National Park is a paradise for adventurous visitors hoping to witness nature and wildlife at its finest. Set in the Rocky Mountain Range, the park provides plenty of staggering views, especially from the famous Going-to-the-Sun Road.

Over 700 miles of trails showcase glaciers, meadows, valley and crystalline lakes.

Basic Information

Entrance Fee: Standard Entrance Pass
Size: 1,583 square miles (just over one million acres)
Operating Schedule: The West and St. Mary Entrances are open year-round. The Camas Creek, Two Medicine, and Many Glacier entrances are open from about May through October as the weather permits. Most roads in Glacier are only open seasonally due to snow.
